Position: Advertising Sales Executive (Central London)

Umm Coffee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our talented marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space and developing strategic partnerships with businesses looking to reach our diverse customer base. Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Actively seek out potential clients and develop a strong pipeline of advertising leads. Conduct market research to target specific industries and businesses that align with our brand vision.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers at prospecting organizations. Showcase the value and benefits of advertising with Umm Coffee, highlighting our unique audience demographics and marketing reach.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and goals of potential advertisers, and provide customized advertising solutions that maximize their return on investment. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Work with prospective clients to finalize agreements, negotiate pricing, terms, and secure contracts. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor's offerings to position Umm Coffee as the advertising platform of choice.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Continuously engage with clients to assess their advertising needs, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns. Provide regular feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitor analysis to help shape Umm Coffee's advertising strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in advertising sales or related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of advertising industry trends, digital marketing channels, and online advertising platforms. Familiarity with coffee or food and beverage industry is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and articulate the value proposition of Umm Coffee's advertising solutions.

  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, prices, and terms, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Result-Oriented: Proven ability to drive revenue growth, meet sales goals, and consistently deliver exceptional results.

  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools..

Salary

£25,000 per year plus bonus based on achieved results and performance.
