At Umm Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee products. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and to ensure the best experience for all our customers, we do not accept returns on any of our products. Please review the following details regarding our policy:

Non-Returnable Items:

- All coffee products, including but not limited to whole beans, ground coffee, coffee pods, and any limited edition or special blend coffees.

- Coffee accessories and merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

- Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation:

- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may have already been processed and shipped.

- To cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Customer Satisfaction:
